With effect from 15 February 2026, no new procurement activities shall be initiated on the existing EPADS.
Ongoing procurements already in progress may, however, be completed on the current system.
All procurement activities initiated on or after 15 February 2026, irrespective of value or procurement method, must be conducted through EPADS Version 2.0.
To ensure a smooth transition, all Procuring Agencies are advised to:
- Complete onboarding on EPADS Version 2.0 well before the stipulated date
- Submit duly completed account opening forms at 📧 webhelp@ppra.gov.pk
- Contact Helpdesk: ☎️ 051-111-137-237 for assistance

The new PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk is the official platform for publishing public procurements. To publish, a mandatory new User ID is required.
For registration on new PPRA website, Procuring Agencies without a User ID must submit the Procuring Agencies USER ID Form to webhelp@ppra.gov.pk to ensure compliance and uninterrupted publishing.
